Toddler Group

Our Toddler Group for boys and girls is held every Wednesday morning during term-time from 9.30-10.40am.  Manor House Nursery also runs special themed activities every term. We hold an Easter Egg Hunt in the Spring term, Teddy Bears’ Party in the Summer term and annual Christmas Party for the Under 5’s in the Autumn term.

Our Toddler Group partners are Hartbeeps who run a regular ‘Happy House’ session every week as part of our Toddler Group. This is followed by refreshments and stay and play activities supplied by Manor House. The Group is perfect for meeting up with friends or making new ones.

Each week, you will explore a different theme through music, movement, pretend play, dressing up and puppetry! Themes include sessions such as Teddy’s Bear Picnic, a visit to the Duck Pond, Transport, Toy Hospital and many more.

The topics for each week are:

Week 2 (12 June) –  Teeno Dino’s. This is a session looking at the pre-number maths concepts of big and small all with the help of our dinosaur friends.

Week 3 (19 June)  – Spring time in the Garden .

Week 4 (26 June)  – Raining Cats and Dogs.

Week 5 (3 July)  – Teddy Bear’s Picnic – This will be our termly ‘special event’ – this term being the ‘Teds for Tea’ Teddy Bear’s Tea Party on Wednesday 3 July!  If you are interested in attending and are not part of our termly sign-up group, look out for the separate booking link here in due course.

You can book a trial week at Toddler Group to include Hartbeeps Happy House and Stay and Play for just £3.50 which can be paid on the day or we also operate a Pay-As-You-Go option for £8 per session if you are unable to commit to a whole term.  Again, this can be booked via the link below, or else payment can be made on the day in cash.

Bookings for the Autumn term are now live and can be made via the following link: https://hoop.co.uk/go/iNFoPI/ or  email  sarah.k@hartbeeps.com  if you have further enquiries.

‘Teds for Tea’ (Teddy Bears Picnic)

Little ones brains are forming thousands of connections in their early years and if we stimulate more than one sense (multi-sensory play) at a time, this helps increase brain activity. So the Teds are joining us for a multi-sensory tea time! Teds play a large part of the Hartbeeps world and are universally loved and cherished. Our Teds are explorers and go on lots of adventures however they always need to stop for a cup of tea!  Join us on Wednesday 3 July to find out more …! Put the date in your diary now!
