Manor House School Parent & Toddler Morning

Posted: 11th March 2024

Manor House School, Bookham in Surrey is a selective independent day school for girls aged 4-16 with a co-educational nursery and lower prep.

Open to the local community in Bookham and the local villages, Manor House School hosts a stay and play parent and toddler group every Wednesday during term time from 9.00 to 10.15 am.

Parents can relax for a sociable coffee whilst their toddlers enjoy supervised play in an Early Years nursery setting.

The session is open to children aged 1 to 4 and is free to attend, hosted in our Kindergarten classroom with access to our all-weather outdoor playground.

All are welcome with no pre-registration required.

Parking is available onsite. Please follow signs to the main school car park and follow the “Parent and Toddler group” signs on arrival.

Come and have a look at our facilities. We have our own Forest School and purpose-built Early Years facilities. These include two wonderful play areas; an outdoor all-weather playground which includes sand and water play, climbing frames, a sensory kitchen and a train, and an Orchard garden which contains our much-loved pirate ship and larger play equipment, which nursery children share with the older children.

Our outstanding, purpose-built classrooms are located in a quiet, secure area of the school and provide a happy, dedicated environment for your child. Children have access to stimulating activities throughout the day both indoors and outdoors in our safe outdoor learning environment. Children enjoy the freedom of being able to take their learning outdoors and explore the environment around them.
