Before School Arrangements, Morning and Assembly
- Girls from Reception and up to Year 10 arriving before 08.30 should go to the supervised ‘Early Birds’ in EGH from 7.45am.
- Breakfast is available in the Dining Room from 08.00. Girls pay with cash or a pre-paid voucher.
- The day starts for all pupils at 08.30 with registration followed by either Assembly or Tutor Time activities including Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education (PSHCE).
Lunch Arrangements
- Nursery to Year 2 have table service lunch with their teachers at 11.45.
- Years 3 – 6 and Senior lunches are at 12.10 and 13.05 respectively, these being self-service.
- Seniors queue quietly supervised by Year 11. They gather outside Arcot Hall and may only enter through the side door.
- Girls must clear and clean the tables before being dismissed using the paper towels provided. Normally, the whole table should be dismissed together: individuals may only leave before the table if they have an activity, have cleared their place, and asked permission.
End of the Day
- Nursery to Year 2 finish at 15:30. A daily ‘Late Class’, supervised by staff, runs until 16.00 and is free of charge.
- ‘Honeypots’ After School Care facility (for Kindergarten to Year 3) runs from 16.00 until 18.00 with tea being served at 16.45. If you wish your child to attend Honeypots at the end of the day, the booking for this can be made online at https://www.trybooking.co.uk
- Years 3-6 finish at 15.45, when the girls will either be escorted straight to the pick-up point or go to Late Class to be supervised before going to the pick-up with older sisters at 16.00 or After School Clubs.
- Minibuses to the station depart from the car park beside school after 16.00.
- Tea is served in the Dining Room at 16.00 for a small charge.
- Supervised Prep for Year 4 upwards is from 16:00 to 18:00 in the Mason Centre. Any girl who has not been collected by 16:30 should go into Supervised Prep.
- Girls leaving school later than 16:30 should be collected from Supervised Prep or the front entrance hall.
- No pupils should stay after 18:00 unless special permission has been obtained from the Headteacher.
