As a new family starting in the Nursery School, please:

  1. Read our Introductory Letter To Manor House Nursery
  2. Read our Nursery School Joiner Handbook 2020-2021.
  3. Fill in the All About Me Booklet and return to us – just so that we know a little more about your child when they start with us.
  4. Download and complete the following forms and return them by email to:
    1. Allergy And Intolerance Notification Form 2020 – all families
    2. Tapestry Sharing Permission Slip – to explain the use of Tapestry, please read Letter About Tapestry
    3. Medical Form –  New Families
    4. Permission For Outings – New Families
    5. Data Protection Form – New Famillies
  5. Uniform And PE Kit List 2020 2021– This document details the compulsory and optional items required for the Nursery School. Please create your account at for the purchase of new uniform.   6. Check you know your settling in session dates and if you are uncertain, please contact the admissions team and we will notify you in due course.
