For your child to be held on our registration list for the requested point of entry and the application process commenced, you will need to complete and return our Application Form along with the non-refundable registration fee (by bank transfer) to the: Admissions Office, Manor House School, Manor House Lane, Little Bookham, Leatherhead, Surrey KT23 4EN. Alternatively, you may send scanned copies via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
For bank transfers, the account details are: Little Bookham Manor House School, sort code 30-00-09, Account No. 02040373 (referenced with your child’s name) and the registration fee is £50 (Nursery/Reception Year) or £75 (rest of school). Your Application Form should be accompanied by a certified copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport.
We are a selective school and a school place is offered subject to successful completion of a taster day and assessments/or entrance examinations (for Year 3 and Year 7). Offers are made at the discretion of the Headteacher.
