The Friends of Manor House School were delighted to present a cheque for £1500 to current parent, Gill Gilliard, who accepted it on behalf of The Simon Trust. This is a local charity founded by families who are personally affected by autism with the specific aim of providing a long term home for young adults with autism from Surrey. They are working closely with Surrey County Council to achieve this goal. The Friends are proud to have been able to make this contribution and would like to thank all of you who helped organise and support the fund raising events over the last year.

The Simon Trust would also like to acknowledge and praise our current Year 11 girls for their fundraising efforts and for raising awareness of the needs of adults with autism.
