Girls and staff had the opportunity to enjoy a very tasty experience on Wednesday; it was ‘Indian Culture Day’ courtesy of our award-winning caterers, Holroyd-Howe in collaboration with their spice supplier. With three different types of curry, a variety of side dishes (such as dhal, rice, poppadums and Bombay potatoes) and several delicious sauces, lunch was a delight. The Tasting Table gave additional chances to try just a mouthful of something new (and go back for more!) with guidance on what might be a bit hot.
