The election of our Senior Prefect Team and Core Prefect Team for the next academic year, including Head and Deputy Head Girl, is always an exciting time at Manor House School. The girls have to address the whole school during a special Assembly and openly present their case as to why they should be elected. This can be a daunting prospect but is the first test in public speaking. The positions of Head Girl and Deputy Head Girl require the girls to speak at major school events such as Prize Giving and at Open Mornings, as well as lead and champion a number of initiatives within school. Votes are cast by staff and pupils and the girls with the most number of votes are elected.
