International Women’s Day

Posted: 8th March 2016

Three of our Senior girls delivered a speech at The University of Surrey to celebrate International Women’s Day.

International Women’s Day is a celebration of the social, economic, cultural and political achievement of women. The presence of the day also highlights the issues we still face today with gender inequality.

Abbie, Jennifer and Isabella spoke about inequality in front of sixty MBA students and four guest speakers at the event held at The University of Surrey.

Their speech was delivered brilliantly and all three girls were commended by the guest speakers afterwards.

The University of Surrey have received an incredibly positive response from their students and the Head of Surrey Business School. All were inspired by the maturity and the confidence of the three girls.

The girls are going to be awarded with a gift from the university tomorrow for this excellent achievement.

We’re very proud of Abbie, Jennifer and Isabella!

Our next Open Morning takes place on Tuesday 24th April 2016. Please click here for more information.
