GCSE Art Exhibition Invitation

Posted: 17th June 2015

Art remains a popular GCSE option at Manor House and the girls work with a variety of materials, from paint to clay and pencil to print. This diversity helps the girls to learn transferable skills and stimulate their creativity – which can often be seen in the size and originality of their final year work. Our purpose-built art room is full of natural light and allows the space for the girls to study and express their artistic talents.

We will be hosting a Private View of our GCSE Artwork on Tuesday 23rd June from 16:30 – 19:00, allowing guests the opportunity to see all of the fantastic work produced this year. Many of our girls achieve A*/A at GCSE level.  If your daughter is considering Art as a GCSE option, or she has yet to join our Senior department but you would like to see the work that is produced by our girls, please come along.

Details for the exhibition are as follows:

  • Tuesday 23rd June 2015
  • 4.30 – 7pm
  • The Gallery, Manor Farm Tithe Barn, Manor House Lane, Little Bookham, KT23 4EN

The exhibition is also open on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th June by appointment only.

All are welcome to the exhibition but please get in contact with the Manor House Admissions Team to confirm your attendance – 01372 457077.
