Year 5 had a fantastic time on their residential trip to PGL Liddington last week.  The girls took part in a range of adventurous activities, such as raft building, climbing, abseiling, zip-wiring and quad biking. The giant swing was particularly popular and the trapeze – where they had to climb up a telegraph pole to a small platform, then jump through the air to grab hold of the trapeze – really tested their courage.

Evening entertainment included singing songs and toasting marshmallows around a campfire and a disco with over 200 children! The girls learnt a huge amount about conquering their fears, pushing themselves to the limit of what they can achieve and encouraging each other through challenging situations. We were extremely proud of them for taking new risks and for being so independent away from home. This was a brand new trip for Year 5 and we will certainly be booking again for next year!
