The Manor House Girls are all well rehearsed and excited for the first night of our annual Senior Production – with this year being “The Sound of Music.”
Everyone has the opportunity to be involved – with the girls performing on stage and operating the lighting and sound desk, amongst many other important roles, to make the show a success.
As you may already know, “The Sound of Music” was originally a popular Broadway show in the 1950’s – which was then adapted and popularised in the 1960’s as the musical that we all know. In 1966 – it was the highest grossing film of all time and retained the top spot for 5 years until the release of The Godfather.
The Senior Production of “The Sound of Music” will be running across the next 3 nights – 18th, 19th and 20th March – and we’re expecting it to be a fantastic evening!
