Senior Skills Workshop on Achieving Success

Posted: 10th September 2014

Key Stage 4 girls had an active start to their academic year.  During the day they participated in a learning workshop which explained the traits that are typical of all successful people and gave practical advice on how to develop and use those skills to succeed at school and beyond.  The girls also spent some time doing activities to develop their communication skills and teamwork.  These included games such as Balance Ball, Human Knots, Word Ball and People Bingo.  It was lovely to see such enthusiastic participation and we are looking forward to helping the girls to implement what they have learnt in this session in their GCSE studies.
