Learning Support

It is recognized that students at any stage of their schooling may have a need which affects their ability to relate to parts of the curriculum.. We want our girls to realise their full potential at GCSE.

We aim to identify and meet the educational needs of each girl to maintain confidence, self-esteem, love of learning and help girls to achieve their full potential.

Each girl’s progress is closely monitored and assessed by observation and assessment, in order to identify girls who are in need of extra support. We recognize that each girl is an individual and support is designed to meet the individual need of each girl.

Our Head of Learning Support is highly experienced and well qualified. She undertakes individual support lessons across the age range and is able to make access arrangements where needed with external examination boards.
