Our Junior School Department is made up of Years 3 to 6. Once your daughter is offered a place at Manor House School, transition through to the senior section is automatic.
We welcome applications mid-year for all Junior School year groups subject to the availability of places.
Age appropriate assessments are undertaken in reading, literacy and mathematics by our Head of Juniors and consideration is given to a girl’s social integration and emotional development. In general, we expect applicants to be performing academically at nationally expected levels and, if applying at Year 6, to be achieving the equivalent of Level 4 as a minimum.
Admissions Procedure for the Junior Department
- Book a visit for your personal tour of our Junior School Department and to meet our Headteacher.
- Submit your registration form complete with registration fee* to reserve a school place.
- Book a taster and age appropriate assessment day.
- A place will be offered based on the outcome of that day. If joining in September, your daughter will be invited to our Transition Day in June.
The Junior registration fee is £75 and the deposit payable on acceptance of a Junior School place is £800 (this is refundable less any outstanding fees/disbursements at the end of your daughter’s education at Manor House School).
