When choosing a school for your girl(s) you are making one of the most important decisions you will make as a parent. You will want to know as much as possible about the structure of the school and whether the school is financially sound. Below are some details that may help you. If you have any questions about how the school is structured and finances of the school that have not been answered please call our Bursar, Finance – Mrs Miller on 01372 459089

Manor House School is a private limited company, limited by guarantee. It has no share holders and is governed by a volunteering board. (A list of current Governors is included under ‘Staff and Governors’). It is also a registered charity. It submits accounts to Companies House and is regulated by the Charities Commission.

We are a non-profit organisation which means that any surplus that we make is reinvested in the school. This is usually in the form of new equipment and new/renovated buildings

Copies of our accounts can be obtained from Companies House or the Bursar Finance.

We ensure a sound financial health by careful adherence to preset budgets and a proactive credit control.
