From Leatherhead/Dorking
Follow the A246 towards Bookham and Guildford. Manor House Lane is a turning on the right about 1 mile beyond Bookham, immediately after Dagenham Motors Garage.

From M25 anticlockwise

• Leave the M25 at junction 10, signed London SW, Kingston, Guildford & A3
• Join the A3 slip road south towards Guildford.
• Almost immediately, turn left into Old Lane, signed Effingham
• Continue for 2 miles until you reach a T junction
• Turn right and then turn immediately left onto Effingham Common Road
• Continue for 2 miles until you reach the traffic lights at Effingham Golf Club
• Turn left onto the A246 towards Leatherhead
• Manor House Lane is the second turning on the left

From M25 clockwise

• Leave the M25 at Junction 9, signed Leatherhead, A243, Dorking & A24
• At the roundabout at the end of the slip road, take the first exit onto the A24 (Leatherhead Bypass)
• At the Knoll roundabout take the second exit, continuing on the A24
• At the Beaverbrook roundabout take the second exit, continuing on the A24
• At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto the A246 (Young Street) towards Bookham and Guildford
• After about 2 miles turn right onto Manor House Lane (immediately after Dagenham Motors Garage)
